The third ICLRD Shared Services Learning Network seminar takes place in the Ballymascanlon Hotel, Dundalk on 25 November, beginning at 16.00 (concluding at 18.00). The seminar will be addressed by Professor Deborah Peel, The Geddes Institute, University of Dundee, who will discuss the reform of public services in Scotland, with a particular emphasis on the role of Community Planning Partnerships in leading a shared agenda, and the potential learning in relation to the island of Ireland.
Professor Peter Roberts, Visiting Professor at the University of Ulster, and Vice Chairman of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, will Chair the seminar.
