This privacy policy relates to your use of the International Centre for Local and Regional Development (ICLRD) website: www.iclrd.org The International Centre for Local and Regional Development (ICLRD) values the privacy of visitors to our website, and individuals whose personal information we receive through the use of form submissions and other related services.

The ICLRD is an academic partnership between Ulster University (Northern Ireland), Maynooth University (Republic of Ireland) and University of Maryland (USA). The ICLRD website is currently hosted by Maynooth University. From time-to-time, we may use service providers in the United States and elsewhere to process personal information on our behalf. Where we use such services, your personal data may be transferred outside of your home jurisdiction to the United States and to other jurisdictions where our affiliates and service providers are located. We do not sell or rent email addresses and other personal information that we collect directly through the ICLRD Website. However, any information that you voluntarily choose to display on any publicly available portion of the ICLRD Website, or on any Service, becomes publicly available and may be collected and used by us or others without restriction. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
